		<description>really, when it comes down to it, Mr. Townes is not the final stop for responsibility. He is employed by the Transportation District Commission of Hampton Roads. They share responsibility. See http://www.gohrt.com/abouthrt/transportationdistrictcommission.html for a list of TDCHR reps. They are all elected officials. If they fail to do their jobs, we should vote them out. THAT is OUR share of the responsibility.</description>

i too wish more people would speak out on what would work versus what they don&#039;t want or what they THINK wouldn&#039;t work in HR.  like i&#039;ve said b4, next years transportation session is gonna be another doosie.  especially with all the Rep. trying to gain control over DC again.  but as i also said, with LR in HR, hopefully it will show the need to support the expansion of mass transit versus trying to prove whose the superior party.</description>
